Suzanne Andrews
Founding Partner, Wingpact
As an angel investor, Suzanne focuses her investments on positive social impact companies, with a particular interest in the fair fashion industry. Suzanne also  writes about women’s startup culture, investigating the possibilities for disruption  now that there are more women investors available to support previously under-funded high-impact women entrepreneurs. Previously, as Director at the Anita  Borg Institute, Suzanne supported the TechWomen program, bringing technical  women leaders and entrepreneurs from the Middle East and North Africa to  the United States for partnerships with Silicon Valley women. Suzanne spent  ten years as a software engineer at Apple Computer. She has also been a  midwife’s assistant and a doula, and has held Chapter Leader positions for  the International Cesarean Awareness Network and the National Organization  for Women. Suzanne has a BA in Computer Science from Brown University.  Suzanne is proud mom to Emily, 18, and Ian, 11.

Jagruti Bhikha is a seasoned technical leader and strategist. Jagruti works with professional women to develop their leadership skills and enhance their career potential through workshops and small group coaching programs. She is an expert in innovating programs related to building her practice under the brand name the Leadership DIVA specifically geared towards the technical women and south asian professional and technical women. She is also a regular speaker on topics relating to Women In Leadership: Some of her most requested topics are such as Develop your personal DIVA traits, Leadership Presence for the South Asian Professional Women, Public, Speaking and Presentation Skills for The Technical Women. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from NYU-POLY, and an MS in Project Management from George Washington University.

Karen Bairley Kruger
Impact Investor and Writer
Karen Bairley Kruger is an Impact Investor, Writer and Mother of four. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary and a M.S. in Counseling from San Francisco State University. Karen has worked previously with children and adolescents, teaching and counseling Japan and Hawaii, respectively. She is passionate about increasing cultural awareness as a part of early education and expanding leadership opportunities for women and minorities. Karen is a Pipeline Fellowship alumna and an active angel investor in female-founded social-impact companies. She is dedicated to leveling the playing field by empowering women to support, hire, and invest in each other.

Christine Emilie Lim
Technology Marketer | Food Blogger

Christine has extensive marketing experience in Silicon Valley both in a Fortune 500, Symantec, and technology start-ups, such as Mercantila (acquired), MarketTools (acquired) and most recently, Egnyte. She is an angel investor focusing on social enterprises and runs a food blog on gastronomypix.com primarily about foodtech startups in the Bay Area. Christine received a MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands and a B.S. Business Administration in Marketing and International Studies from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington. She has lived in multiple countries but calls Cebu City, Philippines her first home. Christine is passionate in food systems, sustainability and health.

Wingee Sin
Head of Global Product Strategy, State Street
Wingee is the Head of Global Product Strategy within State Street Global Advisor’s Defined Contribution business. In her capacity, she is responsible for developing product strategy for the global DC business. Prior to the DC initiative, She joined State Street within the Global Markets division in 2009, and headed up sales in the non-Japan Asia region, representing Portfolio Solutions capabilities to central banks, sovereign wealth, and pensions in the region. Wingee has 14 years of experience in the buy and sell sides of the capital markets. Prior to State Street, she was a Senior Investment Strategist for BGI’s quantitative hedge fund business, representing the firm’s offerings to institutional investors in the US and Asia. Prior to joining BGI in 2004, Wingee worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Equity Derivatives Strategy team, where she authored research on derivatives strategies. Wingee received her BA in economics and East Asian developmental studies from University of California at Berkeley. She is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation. Her interest in development sprouted from her undergraduate days at Berkeley, with a specific passion for social enterprises. She has been a board member for Foundation for Sustainable Development since 2004, and is the chair for the State Street Foundation San Francisco Chapter.

Hana Yang
Partner, Manos Accelerator

Hana is a Partner at Manos, where she is focused on building an ecosystem of Latino entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capitalists. Hana is a founding member of the Manos Angel Network, where she leads the Manos Angel Bootcamp, a development program for new angel investors. Before Manos, Hana worked at crowdfunding and e-commerce startups in strategic and operational roles. Prior to joining the tech startup world, Hana held strategic and operational positions at Adobe, the United Nations Population Fund Agency, and Capgemini Consulting. Hana was raised in Puerto Iguazu, Argentina, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently. She has lectured on the topic of crowdfunding at Argentinean and Bolivian universities. Hana has a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and a M.S. in Fundraising Management from Columbia University. Hana is passionate about bridging communities through innovation, revolutionary ideas and social impact investments.
